The sofa-sleeper or futon in the lounge provides additional sleeping facilities.

The fully equipped galley kitchen is ideal for those who wish to self-cater, and includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, flatware & dishware, pots, pans and utensils.

All 1-Bedroom Apartments have central air conditioning, phone, cable TV and private parking beneath the unit. For boat owners, there is 7' headroom beneath the apartment to park boats and trailers.
